    Job Title:

    Shipping and Receiving Associate – 2nd Shift

    Shift & Pay

    + **Schedule:** 2nd Shift | 2:15 PM – 10:30 PM

    + **Pay Rate:** $20.35 per hour

    What You’ll Do

    + Apply **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** in all tasks.

    + Uphold company mission and values every day.

    + Follow **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** consistently.

    + Pick, pack, and ship distribution orders accurately.

    + Screen shipments for unauthorized devices per **TSA requirements** .

    + Execute transactions in warehouse and distribution systems.

    + Process orders based on priorities set by leadership.

    + Verify storage conditions and monitor shipment temperatures.

    + Load trucks using pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

    + Identify and suggest improvements for quality and efficiency.

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

    What We’re Looking For

    + **Education:** High School Diploma or GED.

    + Ability to work overtime when needed.

    + Physically capable of lifting 40–75 lbs and operating pallet jacks.

    + Comfortable with extended periods of walking, standing, and data entry.

    + Team player who can collaborate across multiple departments.

    + Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and strong attention to detail.

    + Ability to work in refrigerated environments with proper PPE.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Forklift experience.

    + Previous warehouse/distribution experience.

    + Knowledge of current GMP standards.

    + Experience in pharmaceutical or clinical logistics.

    Work Environment

     

    You’ll work in a distribution facility with loading docks and refrigerated areas. Safety is our top priority, and PPE will be provided.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.35/hr.
