    Job Title: Welder

    Job Description

    + Join our team as a skilled Welder where you will engage in welding large equipment using MIG, Flux, and Metalcore welding processes.

    + You will work with materials up to 9 inches thick, making multi-pass welding experience a valuable asset.

    + 1st and 2nd shift on a Monday-Thursday Schedule available!

    Responsibilities

    + Perform welding on large equipment using MIG, Flux, and Metalcore welding processes.

    + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding.

    + Complete and pass weld qualification tests.

    + Inspect parts prior to fitting and ensure proper alignment and orientation.

    + Visually inspect joints for cleanliness and depth to ensure they meet specifications.

    + Meet the physical demands of welding work, including stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, walking, and standing.

    Essential Skills

    + 1 to 5+ years of current and directly related welding experience.

    + Proficiency in MIG, Flux, and Metalcore welding processes.

    + Ability to read and follow blueprints and instructions.

    + Capacity to weld consistently within parameters.

    Pay

    + $23-30/hour based off of interview/weld test and previous work experience.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Manitowoc, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
