    **Pay:** $19–$22 per hour (based on experience)

    **Schedule:** Full-time, Monday–Friday (1st Shift)

    Job Overview:

    **We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler** to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

    Responsibilities:

    + Assemble components according to specifications and blueprints

    + Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy

    + Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

    Qualifications:

    + Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

    + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

    + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

    + Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Myers, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
