Job Title: Customer Service AnalystJob Description

Join our team as a Customer Service Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our aftermarket refurbishing and service operations for gearboxes. As a key member of our team, you'll ensure that we meet client demands effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with engineers to inspect and assess gearboxes on the shop floor, ensuring proper refurbishment.

+ Specify job details and input Bill of Materials (BOM) into the EPICORE ERP system.

+ Create quotes for refurbishment projects and work closely with the sales team to deliver projects to clients.

+ Serve as the liaison between the shop, operations, engineering, and sales teams.

+ Answer technical questions from clients, leveraging expertise in rotating elements.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of experience with rotating equipment such as pumps, turbines, gears, or compressors.

+ Proficiency with ERP systems, particularly EPICORE.

+ Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Word.

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred.

+ Project management and mechanical engineering knowledge.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Suite.

+ Polished and strong communication skills.

+ US citizenship is required.

Work Environment

Enjoy a great work culture focused on employee development and growth. Work in a cubicle in the main office area, which is attached to the manufacturing facility. Be prepared to spend approximately 50% of your day in the shop, depending on project needs. The hours are flexible, typically around 7am-4pm, averaging 40 hours per week with potential overtime and occasional Saturday work. Join a supportive team of 5 salespeople, working closely with one sales team member on 3-5 projects at a time. After one year of employment, expect up to 20% travel throughout Texas. Fieldwork may require full PPE, including a hard hat, steel toe boots, vest, and glasses.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HOUSTON, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $45.00/hr.
