Test Engineer!

Job Description

This role involves bench testing the analog and mixed-signal portion of the IC products. The Test Engineer will be responsible for executing bench verification test plans and writing scripts to communicate with the device-under-test (DUT). Additionally, this role requires building and maintaining automated bench test setups to control equipment such as power supplies, function generators, oscilloscopes, and more.

Responsibilities

+ Execute bench verification test plans for IC products.

+ Develop and write scripts for communication with the device-under-test (DUT).

+ Build and maintain automated bench test setups.

+ Control and operate equipment including power supplies, function generators, and oscilloscopes.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in test scripting and debugging.

+ Experience with circuit boards and Python scripting.

+ Knowledge of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits (IC) and semiconductors.

+ Experience in bench testing and using equipment such as function generators, power supplies, and oscilloscopes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Programming for electronic equipment or similar scripting languages.

+ Experience in semiconductor bench testing and verification is a plus.

+ Strong knowledge of analog and mixed-signal functions such as comparators, DACs, low-pass filters, oscillators/PLLs, and LDOs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Irvine, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
