In this role, you’ll partner with principals to guide projects from the first sketch to the final build—primarily in the academic space, with a splash of cultural projects to keep things inspiring.

What You’ll Do

+ Drive design and documentation for multiple projects.

+ Lead and inspire junior team members.

+ Coordinate consultants and manage project schedules like a pro.

+ Oversee construction administration and technical detailing with precision.

What You Bring

+ 8+ years of architectural experience.

+ Mastery of Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.

+ 3D modeling/rendering chops with Rhino, V-Ray, and Enscape.

+ Registered architect with a professional degree.

+ Exceptional design sense, technical expertise, and communication skills.

+ Experience collaborating with consultant partners.

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
