    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Coach, instruct and prepare student athletes to be competitive within affiliated conference with the ultimate goal of making NCAA post – season play.

    + Follow NCAA rules and regulations.

    + Academics – monitor student-athlete’s academic progress in conjunction with the AAC staff.

    + Recruit prospective student-athletes who are admissible to UNC Charlotte.

    Minimum Experience / Education:

    Undergraduate degree and previous playing/coaching experience. (Bachelor’s in Exercise Science)

    Preferred Education Skills and Experience:

    + Coaching experience at the Division I collegiate level.
