Job Title: CAD Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CAD Technician to join our dynamic engineering team in Metro Detroit. The ideal candidate will possess mid to senior-level experience in Plant 3D and/or Civil 3D, with a focus on process-related work such as pump stations, water/wastewater treatment plants, and collection systems. You will support engineering projects by performing drafting, drawings, and design-related tasks. After training, you will have the opportunity to work remotely one day per week.

Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with engineering teams to support CAD-related tasks including drafting, drawings, and design work.

+ Utilize Plant 3D and Civil 3D software to execute process-related projects such as pump stations and water/wastewater treatment plants.

+ Engage in various projects around Metro Detroit while being based out of the local office.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CAD Technician/Drafter.

+ Proficiency in Plant 3D and/or Civil 3D design.

+ Experience with water/wastewater-related projects, including pump stations and treatment plants.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Associates or higher degree is a plus.

+ 10 or more years of experience is advantageous.

Work Environment

The position is based in an office environment with typical working hours from Monday to Friday, totaling 40-50 hours per week. Paid overtime is available, and after completing training, one remote workday per week is offered. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomfield Hills, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
