Robert Half HR Solutions is partnered with a long-term client seeking a Recruiting Assistant to join their dynamic HR team in Lithonia, GA area. This position is primarily focused on full-cycle recruiting—including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing—and plays a key role in helping us attract top talent. While recruiting is the core function, this role also offers valuable exposure to broader HR initiatives including onboarding, training, and orientation programs. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about talent acquisition who wants to grow within a supportive, collaborative HR team.

Key Responsibilities

+ Post open positions across job boards, social platforms, and internal channels.

+ Source active and passive candidates using various tools and techniques.

+ Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications.

+ Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

+ Maintain accurate candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

+ Support recruiting metrics, reporting, and tracking of candidate pipelines.

+ Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing new-hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.

+ Participate in training and orientation initiatives as part of the HR team’s ongoing efforts to support new employees.

+ Represent the company professionally and positively in all candidate interactions.

Qualifications

+ 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.

+ Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and engaging approach.

+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

+ Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the HR team.

+ Experience using an ATS or similar recruitment tools is preferred.

+ Salary administration or experience with salary-based positions is required.

+ HR or recruiting coursework/certifications are a plus but not required.

Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and onboarding.

• Strong knowledge of corporate recruiting practices and high-volume recruitment.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.

• Ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies.

• Familiarity with onboarding processes and new employee integration.

• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.

• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
