Description

We are looking for an entry-level Associate Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Hopkins, Minnesota. In this role, you will act as a vital link between business operations and IT, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT to ensure efficient communication and process alignment.

• Provide support to front-line teams by participating in case consultations and delivering solutions.

• Update and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.

• Conduct training sessions to enhance team knowledge and effectiveness.

• Perform quality reviews to maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.

• Assist with basic data tasks during compliance and audit reviews.

• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures across business operations.

• Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support reporting and documentation needs.

• Collaborate with business units to address system-related challenges and improve processes.

• Monitor regulatory requirements to ensure operational compliance.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong understanding of compliance, regulations, and applicable laws.

• Ability to perform quality reviews and audits with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills for liaising between business and IT teams.

• Skilled in creating and maintaining documentation to support business processes.

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic technical troubleshooting.

• Capable of conducting training sessions and supporting team development.
