What You’ll Do as a Caregiver This role offers flexibility and the rewarding opportunity to help seniors remain independent. What We Need From You * Reliable transportation * Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required for client transportation) * TB test results * Completion of paid initial and annual training * Active status on California’s Home Care Aide Registry (or willingness to apply) Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent * At least 1 year of verifiable home care experience (2+ years preferred) * Willingness to learn about chronic conditions, dementia, and Alzheimer’s care * Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. * Ability to pass a criminal background check * Two professional references Apply Today!
