Service Technician – Angelo Water Service (Culligan of San Angelo) Location: San Angelo, TexasPosition Type: Full-Time Position Summary Angelo Water Service, the local Culligan Water dealership serving the Concho Valley, is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Service Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for the installation, service, maintenance, and repair of Culligan and non-Culligan water treatment systems in residential and commercial settings. Our technicians play a key role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service and reliable, high-quality water solutions. We are willing to train the right individual who shows initiative, integrity, and a desire to learn a skilled trade. Key Responsibilities * Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to repair water treatment equipment efficiently * Install, maintain, and upgrade residential and commercial systems * Complete all paperwork accurately, thoroughly, and on time * Assist team members with delivery or installation work as needed * Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe working condition * Communicate professionally and positively with customers and coworkers * Provide excellent customer service and represent the company with integrity * Follow all safety guidelines, company procedures, and Culligan service standards Minimum Qualifications * High school diploma or GED * Technical or mechanical experience required * Plumbing experience preferred (but not required) * Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance * Clean driving record (must be insurable) * Ability to pass: * Background check * Drug screening * WorkSTEPS physical assessment * Strong communication skills, reliability, and attention to detail About Culligan Culligan Water has over 80 years of experience in water treatment for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
