As our **Community Sales Director** , you’ll be the face of our Assisted Living Community—leading local outreach, building strategic partnerships, and driving occupancy through meaningful connections.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Cultivate and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and healthcare agencies.

    + Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic marketing plans to meet occupancy goals.

    + Represent the community at events, networking functions, and healthcare meetings.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and ensure a seamless customer experience.

    + Track and report marketing activity, trends, and competitive insights using CRM tools.

    + Share best practices and support other Community Relations Representatives across the region.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + Bachelor’s Degree

    + 3–5 years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or a related field

    + Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms

    + Ability to travel locally for outreach and relationship-building

    Preferred:

    + Proven success in post-acute or assisted living sales

    + Self-starter with strong presentation and territory management skills

    + Passion for senior care and community service
