Position Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Service Foreman to lead repairs and maintenance on life safety systems, including Wet, Dry, Pre-Action, Clean Agent, and Fire Pumps. This is a hands-on role with opportunities for growth and leadership.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

+ Troubleshoot and repair fire protection systems based on inspections and emergency calls.

+ Disable and enable fire alarm panels for service.

+ Select appropriate pipe sizes, materials, supports, and hangers for installation.

+ Perform cutting, fitting, and pipe connections using threaded, soldered, brazed, or grooved joints.

+ Inspect and test systems using NFPA guidelines and approved equipment.

+ Complete job reports, including time, progress, materials, and labor.

Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Previous experience in fire protection or a related field.

+ Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and repair techniques.

+ Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions.

+ Skilled in safe use of hand tools, power tools, and layout tools.

Requirements

+ Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

+ Must have required tools.

+ Ability to meet physical demands, including climbing (up to 200 ft), working in confined spaces, and outdoors in all weather.

+ Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.

+ Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.

+ Comply with all safety and project rules.
