Our 10-week paid Summer Internship Program gives students hands-on exposure to the dynamic cruise and leisure travel industry. Interns contribute to meaningful projects while participating in professional development, leadership sessions, and enrichment activities that showcase life at Princess.

We are looking for an amazing Intern, eCommerce Merchandising to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital merchandising and content operations for a globally recognized travel brand. You'll help shape the online experience for millions of guests by supporting both promotional and non-promotional initiatives across our international websites.

Responsibilities

+ Assist in the setup, QA, and timely execution of website content across North American and international markets.

+ Support the Manage Booking section by optimizing the presentation and functionality of purchasable offerings, including:

+ Shore excursions

+ Spa services

+ Other onboard experiences

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, and IT) to ensure seamless content delivery and a consistent user experience.

+ Gain exposure to digital operations, content strategy, and e-commerce best practices in a fast-paced, global environment.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

+ Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.

+ Enthusiastic about digital experiences, customer engagement, and the travel industry.

+ Strong communication and organizational skills.

+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

+ Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus.

+ **This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday)**
