We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong expertise in DevOps tools, process documentation, and business workflow analysis. This role involves bridging business requirements with technical solutions, managing multiple projects, and ensuring high-quality documentation standards across teams.
Key Responsibilities
+ **Business Analysis & Process Design**
+ Analyze user requirements, workflows, and business processes.
+ Develop use cases, policies, and procedures for projects and departments.
+ Define, implement, and maintain process standards and guidelines.
+ Research, recommend, and implement new tools or technologies for project-level or departmental use.
+ **Collaboration & Communication**
+ Establish and maintain relationships across teams and business partners (LOBs).
+ Communicate complex technical and business information to diverse user groups.
+ **Documentation & Content Management**
+ Create and maintain high-quality documentation for **Cloud Services** , **DevOps** , and **CI/CD processes** .
+ Select and organize visual elements (photographs, diagrams, charts) to enhance clarity.
+ Edit, standardize, and revise material prepared by subject matter experts (SMEs).
+ Maintain records and files of work and revisions.
+ Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope.
+ Format content and manage reproduction and binding according to standards.
+ **Project Management**
+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
+ Ensure consistency and compliance with organizational standards.
Technical Skills
+ Tools: Confluence, Jira.
+ DevOps Knowledge: CI/CD toolsets, pipelines, processes, and roadmap.
+ Cloud Services Documentation: Ability to document cloud-based solutions.
+ Strong understanding of business/customer technical requirements.

The annual salary for this position is between $49,001 – $107,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
