    Locations: Westfield and Indianapolis, IN

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours

    About the Role:

    We are seeking dedicated School Support Staff to join our team in Special Education classrooms. In this role, you will assist teachers and students, provide individualized support, and help create a positive learning environment for students with diverse needs.

    Responsibilities:

    + Support students in achieving academic and social goals

    + Assist with classroom activities and behavior management

    + Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure student success

    Qualifications:

    + Passion for working with children and supporting their growth

    + Previous experience in education or special education preferred

    + Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude
