    We invite you to be a part of our Unity Professional Services team, where we transform vast data from over 3 billion gaming devices into actionable insights, optimizing player experiences across various genres.

     

    As a Design Consultant, your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients towards elevating their games' KPIs through best practice advice. Engage in a spectrum of responsibilities, from playtesting games, innovating design strategies, to turning game data into actionable insights as part of our comprehensive game teardown service.

    What you'll be doing

    + Work closely with clients, offering tailored advice to improve their games.

    + Collaborate with Unity analysts to make informed game design suggestions.

    + Create detailed reports and presentations to share results and findings.

    + Stay updated with gaming market trends and opportunities.

    + Occasionally contribute to blogs, articles, and other industry-related materials.

    What we're looking for

    + Solid experience in game design roles.

    + Good understanding of data-driven design approaches.

    + Strong communication skills to clearly share ideas and findings.

    + Knowledge of various revenue models in the gaming industry, such as premium pricing ad monetization and micro-transactions.

    You might also have

    + Experience in game economy design.

    + Knowledge of UI/UX and accessibility best practices.

    + Experience in live-ops management.

    + SQL database experience
