Required Education/Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of relevant work experience
Relevant Work Experience
+ 5-7 years Supervisory and relevant work experience and demonstrated ability to lead large field organizations. Required
+ 5-7 years Emphasis on overhead distribution systems including open wire loops, Auto Transfer Switches and Construction and Operations of 4kV, 13kV and network distribution system preferred. Required
+ 5-7 years Must have experience in the management of capital, O&M and overtime budget; planning processes, implementing, directing and controlling the work of union and management/supervisory employees; and handling complex personnel and productivity issues. Required
+ 5-7 years Must possess proven leadership qualities/skills and the ability to motivate people. Required
+ 5-7 years Must be articulate, have a professional demeanor and be comfortable dealing with all levels of management, union personnel, and customers. Required
+ 5-7 years Familiar with in-house systems and storm restoration procedure. Required
+ 5-7 years Candidate should have competent working knowledge of relevant Corporate Environmental and Safety
+ procedures. Required
+ 5-7 years Technical work experience in electric distribution system construction required. Required

Additional Physical Demands
+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
+ Must be willing to work outdoors in all types of weather.
+ Must be available during off hours; be on call 24 hours a day to respond to emergencies or direct activities when necessary.
