    We’re looking for a Senior LMS Administrator/Learning Experience Designer who will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the Lawson Products learning ecosystem. This position blends technical administration, learning experience design, and data analytics to deliver innovative, learner-centric experiences that drive performance, compliance, and sales success across the organization.

     

    This role will work from a home office. We offer 401k plus vision, dental and medical benefits, as well as a paid holiday and PTO package.

    Responsibilities:

    + Provides support for the setup, operation and administration of the Learning Management System, including review, setup, configuration and maintenance of:

    + People, content and collaboration administration

    + Management of courses, classes, registrations and catalogues

    + Data definitions (standard and custom fields across all LMS objects)

    + User definition and access (Administrator, Management, End-user)

    + Instructor-Led Training item definitions

    + Setup of Self-Paced Online content including internally-developed and vendor-acquired

    + Track and report metrics

    + Troubleshooting

    + Provides support for the setup, operation and administration of the Learning Management System and the development of interactive learning experiences, applying instructional design principles, using Articulate and Storyline, to create blended learning programs that align with business goals and sales performance objectives.

    + Designs and develops interactive eLearning, micro-learning, and video based learning experiences that are SCORM/xAPI compliant.

    + Ensures learning solutions are relevant, impactful, measurable, and aligned with organizational standards, in collaboration with subject-matter experts and Sales Education team members.

    + Integrates and leverages AI development tools and platforms to enhance learning experiences.

    + Manages projects within project requirements and timelines.

    + Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required or assigned.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    + Bachelor's degree required, master's degree in a specialized learning field preferred, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field, such as Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Communications, or Educational Technology and at least 3 years developing educational programs, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Education certification preferred.

    + Experienced and dynamic eLearning professional with in-depth writing, editing and learning experience design skills

    + Proven track record of designing transformative eLearning content, representing appropriate learning theories and strategies, and utilizing the most current instructional design techniques

    + Experience with cloud-based, computer-based and adult learning principles

    + Strong problem solving and planning skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment

    + Highly computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS office products (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    + Excellent written and oral communication skills

    + Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities

     

    Our salary range for this role is $79,600 - $95,520 including a full benefits package.
