Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist will provide individualized and small-group sessions within classroom and gym environments, focusing on strength, balance and motor planning.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Conduct developmental and functional assessments.
+ Provide individualized or small-group PT sessions in classroom or therapy settings.
+ Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to reinforce therapeutic goals.
+ Maintain accurate notes and progress documentation.
Required License & Education:
+ NJ Physical Therapist license (required)
+ Bachler's / Master's degree in related field (required)
Qualifications/Experience:
+ Pediatric, early childhood, or school-based experience preferred.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
+ Experience working with children who have special needs and/or have been diagnosed with a developmental delay.
+ Knowledge of and experience with transition services.
+ Knowledge and experience with assistive technology, including pictures.
+ Good time management and organizational skills.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Data driven problem solving and decision-making skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
