    PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a **Customer Resolution Specialist (CRS)** to join our team in Peachtree, GA.

    About the Role:

    The CRS will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and processing orders for aircraft spare parts, including competitor aircraft parts, for customers in the Americas region.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + **Order Processing (60%)**

    + Process customer orders, quotations, initial order receipts, order entry, sourcing escalation, backorders, and logistics for aircraft parts and services.

    + Provide information on part availability, cost, sourcing, returns, discrepancies, transportation, and delivery.

    + **Relationship Building (20%)**

    + Build positive relationships with customers to encourage confidence and grow business.

    + Identify alternative solutions and guide customers to proper sources for required materials.

    + **Technical Support (10%)**

    + Support Sales and Finance with debt account reconciliation.

    + Respond to technical inquiries using documentation and liaising with technical and engineering teams.

    Qualifications:

    + **Education:** Associate's Degree in Business, Sales Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    + **Experience:**

    + 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment required.

    + Aviation industry or military support experience preferred.

    + **Technical Skills:**

    + Proficiency in PC applications (Word, Excel, databases).

    + Basic knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

    + SAP experience preferred.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs intermittently.

    + Ability to sit, stand, squat, kneel, and push/pull items as needed.

    + Corrected hearing for alarms and work-related conversations.
