Qualifications & Experience

About You

+ 🎓 High school diploma/GED preferred, plus **3–4 years of real kitchen experience** (themed environments = a bonus!).

+ 🍳 Solid **culinary knowledge and food design skills** to keep dishes creative and consistent.

+ 🗣️ Strong **communication skills** —both spoken and written—to keep the kitchen in sync.

+ 🧩 Sharp **organization and problem-solving abilities** , with the confidence to make quick calls.

+ 🤝 A true **team player** who helps grow and support others in a collaborative kitchen environment.

+ 🕒 **Flexible schedule champ** —able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the magic happens.

+ 📜 **Certification-ready** —able to pass Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness exams within 30 days of employment.
