Overview
Intuit’s Finance team is looking for a strategic and collaborative Group Finance Manager to lead acquisition forecasting, performance management, and financial strategy for Mailchimp across the US and global regions. This high-visibility role partners with GTM leaders, Regional Finance, Marketing, and Finance Analytics to drive profitable customer growth and deliver actionable insights that shape investment and go-to-market decisions.
Responsibilities
+ Lead consolidated financial reporting and forecasting for US Mailchimp acquisition across Scaled, Mid-Market, Managed, and Unmanaged channels.
+ Build strong, influential partnerships with senior GTM leaders to shape forward-thinking growth strategies, champion innovation, and ensure accountability for business outcomes.
+ Partner with GTM and Opex teams to drive ROI-based investment decisions across marketing, sales, and partnerships.
+ Lead KPI management, acquisition performance reviews, and monthly business briefings, providing clear insights into drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.
+ Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders on promotional impact, pricing strategies, channel productivity, and customer acquisition economics.
+ Support global Mailchimp planning processes, scenario modeling, and cross-functional alignment with the Global Center team.
+ Coach and develop finance team, building a high-performing, insights-driven finance community.
+ Drive continuous improvement and automation across forecasting, reporting, and analysis processes.
Consolidate acquisition inputs from regional teams (EMEA, APAC,
CAN, LATAM) and ensure alignment for global planning cycles.
Qualifications
+ 8–10+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or equivalent experience; SaaS or GTM finance preferred.
+ Strong analytical, modeling, and strategic problem-solving skills.
+ Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive business outcomes in a matrixed environment.
+ Experience leading or mentoring finance professionals.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
