    Note: This role requires a 50-hour work week. Compensation is paid hourly and aligns with the provided annual salary range.

    What You'll Do as an Assistant Manager:

    + Lead daily operations and deliver an excellent guest experience

    + Provide leadership, training, and direction when the Restaurant General Manager is not on site

    + Manage shift execution, labor, and financial goals

    + Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential

    + Handle customer and team concerns with professionalism and care

    + Support scheduling, maintenance, and administrative responsibilities
