    At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range is $34.20 (Min) — $50.82 hourly (Max), excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.

     

    Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.

    Our two campuses in Methuen and Haverhill have a total of 320 beds, and we are a full-service, acute care hospital offering comprehensive inpatient medical/surgical units, outpatient care, and 24/7 emergency services. We have three behavioral health units: cardiac telemetry, and critical care service lines. Our Haverhill campus offers all private rooms, and our Methuen campus offers a new state-of-the-art catheterization suite and Joint Center of Excellence, named as a Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Distinction+ Center for Knee and Hip Replacement.

    Position Summary:

    Responsibilities:

    Performs a wide variety of Radiation Therapy procedures which require the use of independent judgement, ingenuity, and initiative while providing care and information to our patients.

    Qualifications:

    + Education: Graduate of certified radiation therapist program

    + Certification/Licensure:

    + ARRT registered.

    + MA State licensure .

    + BLS required.

    + Experience: One to three years’ experience preferred, but not required.

    + Other Skills: Proficient in operating MOSAIQ/ ARIA including treatment, billing, and scheduling. Proficient operating treatment equipment, including simulator. Able to identify critical organs and dose tolerance in the treatment field. Proficient in treating emergency cases, including dose calculation when necessary. Able to compare and verify calculations, isodose plan, treatment parameters and treatment prescription.
