    Who Are We Looking For?We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Express Lube Advisor to serve as the vital link between customers and technicians. You’ll ensure customers feel valued, heard, and well-informed about their vehicle’s maintenance needs.

    Responsibilities:

    + Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and identify their service needs

    + Communicate customer concerns clearly to technicians

    + Present recommended maintenance and repairs to customers with transparency and confidence

    + Build trust while ensuring a positive customer experience

    + Maintain proper documentation, including repair orders and service histories

    + Manage workflow in a fast-paced Quick Lane environment

    + Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion

    Qualifications:

    + Previous Automotive Service Advisor or Express Lube Advisor experience preferred

    + Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate with customers and technicians

    + Strong time-management skills in a fast-paced environment

    + Ability to type efficiently for repair order entry

    + Basic computer proficiency and cost-calculation skills

    + Basic mechanical understanding of automobiles

    + Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

    + Team player with a focus on delivering exemplary customer service
