$750 Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families experiencing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. The ideal candidate will utilize evidence-based practices, deliver trauma-informed and culturally responsive care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client wellness.

Salary posted for fully licensed applicants.

Limited Permit salary: $59,789.34

Key Responsibilities

+ Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

+ Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or other clinically proven approaches.

+ Deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and person-centered services.

+ Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation that complies with billing, legal, and ethical standards.

+ Collaborate with the Clinical Director, NPP, RN, case managers, and other care professionals.

+ Facilitate group therapy sessions.

+ Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated.

+ Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support when needed.

+ Educate clients and families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and community resources.

+ Participate in the on-call coverage rotation.

+ Promote an environment of inclusion, belonging, and respect for all clients and team members.

+ Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications

+ Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC strongly preferred).

+ Licensed or license-eligible; 2–4 years of clinical experience preferred.

+ Strong understanding of mental health disorders and a range of therapeutic interventions.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

+ Proficiency with clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).

+ Familiarity with OMH programming and Medicaid billing strongly preferred.
