    Role Responsibilities:

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless manufacturing of commercial chillers

    + Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes

    + Monitor and evaluate manufacturing performance through testing and analysis, making necessary adjustments to meet production goals

    + Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to safety and manufacturing

    + Provide technical support and training to production staff on equipment, testing, and product build

    + Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and sustainability

    + Analyze current process to identify and mitigate ergonomic risk

    + Design flexible workstations to efficiently respond to fluctuating seasonal demand

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or Electrical Engineering,

    + Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher

    + Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Previous internship experience preferred.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

    + Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

    + Self-driven and proactive in communication and meeting deadlines

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

    + Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

    + Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
