The Medical Assistant is responsible for providing individualized goal directed nursing care/services to patients under the direction of a provider.

Prior clinical experience preferred. BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire.

Requirements: Certification, schooling, or clinical experience required for this position. Prior clinical office experience preferred. Ability to obtain a Certification medical assisting by date manager sets forth required. Health Care Provider BLS certification required within 90 days of hire but can complete within SVMC if hired.
