    Job Title: Systems Administrator / DevOps Engineer (Hybrid)

     

    Employment Type: Full-Time, Hybrid Onsite

     

    Salary: 140-180k base plus Equity

     

    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator with DevOps experience to support and scale our infrastructure across cloud, on-prem, and factory environments. This role blends hands-on systems administration, automation, endpoint management, and cloud operations. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our systems.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage, maintain, and optimize Windows-based infrastructure including Microsoft Domain Controllers, Active Directory, Azure administration, and identity services.

    + Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure automation using GitOps workflows, Terraform, and Ansible.

    + Support and enhance CI/CD and infrastructure delivery pipelines.

    + Oversee endpoint management across a diverse environment:

    + MDM / Intune

    + FleetDM (similar to JAMF)

    + Physical devices for factory workers, remote employees, and embedded systems within machining equipment

    + Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance, reliability, and security across cloud and on-prem systems.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and maintainable infrastructure solutions.

    + Maintain documentation, runbooks, and configuration standards.

    + Participate in an on-call rotation and incident response as needed.
