Your Impact in this Underwriting Manager:

You’ll supervise up to 15 direct reports in a high-volume call center focused on origination servicing, including inbound/outbound calls, customer experience, and default prevention.

MUST HAVE:

• UNDERWRITING EXPERIENCE non-negotiable.

• Compliance (state/federal regulations).

• A problem solver who can manage operational change & complex regulatory processes.

• Managing KPIs, Metrics & reporting,

• Managing budgets.

• Mentoring, performance management, and annual reviews.

• Leading teams working in loan servicing systems (mainframe, mobile app, online portal).

• Financial Loan OR Loan Origination experience is preferred !

• Developing training around underwriting compliance.
