    Essel is looking for the Assistant Superintendents that are ready to take the next step in their careers. This is a great opportunity to be a Superintendent in the multifamily sector! Do you have what it takes to take the next step?

     

    - Santa Cruz Modular - affordable housing project.

     

    Superintendent needs to be able to manage, order material, read plans etc.

     

    - We are looking for a long term fit and ideally someone that can work in the Bay Area after this project is done

     

    - Project schedule is about 6-7 months ;

     

    2-3 other projects in Pleasant Hill & Richmond in the pipeline.

     

    Must have HIGH TOUCH skillset of working with corporate level people like city leaders and financial people - since they will likely stop by for visits etc.

    Requirements

    Multifamily experience is a must have
