About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Product Owner to drive the vision, strategy, design, and execution of our product features. You will be the voice of the customer and business stakeholders, guiding the development team to deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities

+ Agile Leadership: Participate in all agile ceremonies and related forums to provide product support and prioritization, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

+ Strategy & Roadmap: Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog and a clear roadmap of features and enhancements.

+ Innovation: Conduct research and develop features that utilize new and evolving technologies to enhance the product offering.

+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and subject matter experts to build high-quality solutions that deliver measurable business value for customers and stakeholders.

+ Requirement Definition: Partner with customers and stakeholders to define detailed requirements and build effective designs.

+ Communication & Training: Craft and deliver clear communications and training materials related to new product features and updates.

+ Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with customers and stakeholders via support channels and collaboration forums to gather feedback and address product-related inquiries.

Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree or military experience.

+ At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in a relevant product-focused field such as product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

+ 1+ years of experience translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing products.

+ 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering customer experiences.

+ 1+ years working with cross-functional teams as a Product Owner in an agile development process.
