TEAM LEAD CORE RESPONSIBILITIESActs as an extension of the Management Team by providing leadership and support during shifts. Participates in training and educating new Team Members on Ted's Montana Grill culture, philosophies, standards, and operations. Manages all Team Members under their supervision. Attends weekly Management Meetings. Creates a fun, positive and energetic environment.

• Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired.
