Introduction

As a Workday Testing Package Specialist, you will lead testing strategy and quality assurance for large, multi-country Workday implementations. You will ensure delivery excellence by managing complex testing cycles, coordinating diverse teams, and guiding clients through structured, best-practice testing approaches that underpin successful HR transformation outcomes.

Your role and responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies across unit, integration, and user

* Configure and manage test environments and data to support complex, multi-country scenarios.

* Lead diverse delivery and client teams through testing cycles, defect management, and performance validation.

* Manage stakeholder communications, providing guidance on testing best practices and risk mitigation strategies.

* Develop testing reports, dashboards, and metrics for executive-level visibility and decision-making.

* Provide leadership in change management and training to support user adoption and quality outcomes.

Required technical and professional expertise
