    Responsibilities

    + Responsible for the evaluation, development and implementation of Customer Communication's Specialists.

    + Support projects, programs and activities to support the strategic plans and goals of the Customer Communications Department, in collaboration with the Supervisor, Customer Communications.

    Education

    + **Required:** High School Diploma or Equivalent

    + **Preferred:** Associate - Related Field

    Experience

    + **Required** : Customer Service experience - 6 years / Contact Center or Medical Concierge - 2 years / Supervisory Role - 1 year

    + **Preferred:** 1 year NICE Suite

    Specific Skills

    + Must be detail oriented and flexible with changing priorities and deadlines.

    + Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams.

    + Strong organizational, writing and research skills a must.

    + Must be proficient using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

    + Must be comfortable using different technologies/tools to provide data analysis and reporting for assigned projects.

    + **Required specific skills include:** self-motivated team-player with demonstrable success in a high stress, fast paced work environment.

    + Must be available for on-call coverage in a 24/7 environment to ensure staffing needs are consistently met.
