IT Analyst - MDM Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and motivated MDM Analyst with hands-on experience in Informatica or Reltio, along with a strong foundation in data quality management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our master data initiatives by ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and governance across systems. This position requires a collaborative mindset, technical expertise, and a passion for enhancing enterprise data assets to generate business value.
Essential Functions:
Technical Implementation & System Management
+ Design, implement, and maintain MDM systems and solutions.
+ Develop data models and database designs to support business requirements.
+ Configure and maintain MDM lifecycle systems (e.g., Informatica or Reltio).
+ Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of MDM platforms.
+ Integrate AI/ML models to automate entity resolution, match/merge logic, and anomaly detection.
+ Collaborate with data science teams to operationalize AI models within MDM workflows.
-Data Quality & Governance
+ Analyze and troubleshoot data issues to ensure accuracy and completeness.
+ Conduct data cleansing to eliminate duplicates and outdated records.
+ Define and implement data standards, policies, and procedures.
+ Perform regular data audits and resolve inconsistencies.
+ Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations.
+ Leverage AI tools to monitor data quality trends and predict potential data degradation.
+ Use machine learning algorithms to classify and tag data for governance purposes.
Business Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
+ Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements.
+ Coordinate with department heads to identify areas for data quality improvement.
+ Provide training and support to end-users on MDM systems and processes.
+ Communicate updates and insights clearly across departments and vendors.
+ Educate stakeholders on AI-driven enhancements in MDM processes.
+ Facilitate workshops on responsible AI use in data management.
Documentation & Reporting
+ Prepare detailed reports on data management activities, issues, and resolutions.
+ Author and maintain governance documentation and job aides for data stewardship.
+ Support audit requirements and compliance reviews (e.g., SOX).
+ Document AI model performance, decision logic, and explainability metrics.
+ Generate automated reports using AI-powered analytics platforms.
Strategic Alignment & Change Management
+ Assist in change management activities related to data processes.
+ Collaborate with IT and data teams to optimize data storage and retrieval.
+ Support advanced analytics initiatives by enabling clean and structured data.
+ Promote MDM value across the organization and contribute to strategic planning.
+ Align MDM strategy with enterprise AI initiatives and data monetization goals.
+ Evaluate emerging AI technologies for potential integration into MDM platforms.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management and Data Quality initiatives.
+ Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM or Reltio platforms.
+ Hands-on experience with Data Quality Tools, Sifflet, Ataccama, K2View.
+ Strong understanding of data governance principles, data modeling, and data integration.
+ Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with ETL processes.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with cloud-based MDM solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
+ Knowledge of API integration and microservices architecture.
