CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking anAI Developerto join ourIT TeaminAlbany, NY; Boston, MA; Atlanta, GA; Indianapolis, IN; or Miami, FL.This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in designing and deploying AI-powered solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and real-world impact.

What You'll Do:

+ Design, build, and maintain AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure AI services

+ Develop and deploy automation workflows that seamlessly integrate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and other enterprise platforms

+ Conduct hands-on testing, debugging, and documentation of AI solutions and Copilot workflows

+ Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging AI technologies, specifically those in the Microsoft ecosystem

+ Drive continuous improvement by experimenting with new tools, sharing insights, and refining existing workflows

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives and operational needs

What You Bring:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required; or equivalent professional experience

+ No prior experience required; however, prior internships or co-op experience strongly preferred

+ Demonstrated interest in AI through coursework, certifications, or personal projects

+ Basic programming skills in Python, Java, or C#

+ Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, scripting languages (PowerShell, JavaScript), and low-code/no-code development environments

+ Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

+ Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-evolving tech landscape

+ Relevant AI and/or Microsoft certifications are a plus

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $75,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
