What You’ll Do

+ Set up and operate advanced welding equipment

+ Perform high-quality work that meets strict standards

+ Inspect your finished welds for accuracy and quality

+ Follow all safety procedures—this is a safety-sensitive role

+ Work with other departments to keep jobs moving efficiently

+ Participate in improving processes, weld procedures, and overall quality

+ Complete all assigned work on time and keep accurate production records

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong work ethic, solid welding skills, and the ability to stay focused and dependable.

Must-Have Requirements:

+ **Ability to pass an open root 3G MIG/Fluxcore fill & cap test AND a 6G TIG root with flux fill & cap on 2" schedule 160 pipe**

+ **At least 2 years of pipe welding experience (TIG required)**

+ Ability to obtain **AWS/ANSI weld certifications**

+ Strong understanding of **volts, amps, and machine adjustment**

+ Ability to read **blueprints, weld symbols, and work orders**

+ Intermediate math and ability to read a tape measure

+ Safety knowledge
