    Inventory Specialist

    **Pay:** $22–$27/hr DOE

    **Location:** Fresno, CA

    **Schedule:** Mon–Thurs, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM (10-hour shifts)

    **Status:** Full-Time, Non-Exempt

    What You’ll Do

    As our Inventory Specialist, you’ll help keep production running smoothly by:

    + Picking, staging, and organizing materials for work orders

    + Verifying counts, quality, and proper labeling

    + Using ERP and scan guns to maintain accurate inventory

    + Supporting cycle counts and continuous improvement

    + Collaborating with warehouse, planning, and production teams

    + Assisting with receiving, shipping, and general warehouse tasks

    + Operating forklifts and other equipment safely

    What You Bring

    + HS Diploma or equivalent

    + 1–5 years of warehouse/inventory experience

    + Forklift certification preferred (training available)

    + Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail

    + Comfort using computers and warehouse systems

    + Reliable, safety-focused work ethic
