    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a **Maintenance Planner** to join our team in Brighton, CO. In this role, you will develop, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and plant efficiency. You’ll act as the key link between maintenance, production, and procurement teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Create and manage preventive and predictive maintenance plans.

    + Schedule and coordinate maintenance work orders to reduce downtime.

    + Maintain accurate records of equipment history and maintenance activities.

    + Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to prioritize tasks.

    + Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

    + Manage spare parts inventory and procurement for planned work.

    Qualifications

    + 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning or industrial maintenance.

    + Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance best practices.

    + Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.

    + Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    + Familiarity with safety regulations and reliability principles.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
