Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description

We are seeking multiple Assemblers to join our production team. In this role, you will work along the production line to build various electronic products, utilizing hand tools and following visual instructions. This is a contract position through the end of the year with the potential for extension based on performance.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble electronic products along the production line.

+ Utilize basic hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and wire crimpers.

+ Follow visual instructions and blueprints accurately.

+ Perform mechanical assembly and general labor tasks.

+ Ensure production targets are met efficiently and effectively.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in using hand tools.

+ Ability to follow detailed instructions and visual guides.

+ Experience working on an assembly line.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in electronics assembly is highly preferred.

+ General assembly experience using hand tools is beneficial.

+ Ability to meet performance metrics, including punctuality and willingness to learn.

Work Environment

The position operates on a 1st shift schedule, Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 6 am to Noon. Flexibility is offered for those unable to work Saturdays. The role demands punctuality, a willingness to learn, and the ability to assist wherever needed.

This is a Contract position based out of Ashburn, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
