    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role involves managing inventory control, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing training programs and maintaining a 5S environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse.

    + Ensure accurate inventory control through regular cycle counting.

    + Supervise the shipping and receiving processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

    + Implement and maintain 5S practices to enhance productivity and safety.

    + Train and mentor warehouse staff to improve performance and development.

    + Coordinate logistics to optimize warehouse operations.

    + Manage warehouse inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of materials.

    + Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience in warehouse management and supervision.

    + Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics.

    + Proficiency in conducting cycle counts and managing warehouse inventory.

    + Experience with implementing 5S practices in a warehouse setting.

    + Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.

    Pay and Benefits
