    Grant Writer Role Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Grant Writer to secure funding from foundations and corporations. You’ll research opportunities, write compelling proposals, and manage reporting deadlines to support our programs and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

     

    + Identify and research grant opportunities.

    + Write proposals, letters of inquiry, and reports.

    + Maintain a grants calendar and track deadlines.

    + Collaborate with staff for budgets and impact data.

    + Build relationships with funders and provide updates.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).

    + 3–5 years of nonprofit grant writing experience.

    + Proven success securing private funding.

    + Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and grant databases.

     

    Work Environment: Trenton, NJ - Partially remote with required in-person meetings at our Trenton office. Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
