    •️ CMM Programmer – 1st Shift

    **Location:** Union & Direct Placement

    **Pay:** $35–$40/hour

    • About the Role

     

    Join our **new product launch team** as a **CMM Programmer** and play a critical role in ensuring precision and quality. You’ll create inspection programs, evaluate machined parts against customer specifications, and support engineering with product revisions, process improvements, and inspection services. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where your expertise directly shapes success.

     

    • Key Responsibilities

    + Set up, program, and perform dimensional inspections using a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)

    + Interpret complex drawings, control plans, and work instructions to identify inspection features

    + Operate micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other precision tools

    + Document detailed inspection results and full dimensional layouts for customer submission

    • Essential Skills

    + Proven experience in CMM programming, CNC programming, GD&T, and PCDMIS

    + Proficiency with PC-DMIS software for dimensional inspections

    + Strong knowledge of machining, milling, blueprint reading, and lathe operations

    + Skilled in using micrometers, calipers, and gauges

    • Preferred Qualifications

    + Formal training in GD&T, metrology, and CMM programming

    + PC-DMIS CAD/CAM experience

    + Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
