Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description

We are seeking a versatile Material Handler Floater to join our team at a dynamic plastics company. This role involves managing the transportation of materials to and from the production floor, as well as loading and unloading trucks. Additionally, you will serve as a backup machine operator approximately 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

+ Transport materials to and from the production floor efficiently.

+ Load and unload trucks with precision and care.

+ Operate a sit-down forklift safely and effectively.

+ Serve as a backup machine operator as needed.

+ Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments and with truck deliveries.

Essential Skills

+ Proven experience in material handling.

+ Proficiency in operating a sit-down forklift.

+ Strong general labor skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to communicate effectively with truck drivers and delivery personnel.

+ Flexibility to float between different departments as needed.

This is a Permanent position based out of Paynesville, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
