    Job Title: Service Technician** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join the crane and hoist service department. This role involves traveling and performing troubleshooting on overhead crane systems, focusing primarily on contactors, transformers, and control circuits.

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot and repair overhead crane systems.

    + Perform troubleshooting primarily on contactors, transformers, and control circuits.

    + Conduct mechanical repairs including replacing seals on gearboxes, replacing bearings, rebuilding gearboxes, and replacing chains/ropes.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of experience as a maintenance technician in a similar field or industrial environment.

    + Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.

    + Experience troubleshooting relays, limit switches, contactors, transformers, and control circuits electrically.

    + Mechanical troubleshooting experience is required.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) or PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is a plus.

    + Experience in performing rebuilds of gearboxes, replacing bearings, and replacing seals is beneficial.

    Work Environment

    This position requires 90% travel within a 50-mile radius of Cincinnati, with potential for overnight stays when necessary. You will engage in diverse work environments and conditions, ensuring no two days are the same.

    This is a Permanent position based out of West Chester, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $60320.00/yr.

     

    Full company benefits are made eligible to hires on day 1 including health, vision, dental, and 401k match.

    This is a fully onsite position in West Chester,OH.
