    Description

    + Position: Full Cycle TECHNICAL/AI Recruiter Advanced- CONTRACT ROLE

    + Type: 100% ONSITE

    + Hourly Pay: $30-$32/per hour

    Job Description:

    + Manage the full recruiting process and develop strategies.

    + Guide hiring managers on recruitment policies.

    + Source and present candidates refine strategies based on feedback.

    + Collaborate with senior management and HR to anticipate needs.

    + Share innovative solutions to streamline processes.

    + Understand recruiting needs and manage expectations.

    + Ensure positive candidate experiences and communicate effectively.

    + Educate candidates on career growth and benefits.

    + Discuss compensation expectations to close offers.

    + Provide market data to support client needs.

    + Utilize applicant tracking systems effectively.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor's or Master's Degree

    + Experience as a Product and Design recruiter

    + Technical sourcing full-life cycle or agency recruiting.

    + Strong client relationship management skills.

    + Actively recruit for a wide variety of positions. Evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring manager for review.
