We are seeking a detail orientated and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting team!

Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage Paycom Expense Management: ensure accurate setup, verify uploaded information, and assist users with training and ongoing questions.
+ Complete various account reconciliations, including credit card reconciliations.
+ Review and process invoices or statements: assign correct account numbers, confirm proper documentation, and route to the appropriate division.
+ Maintain electronic, paperless records using the organization’s accounting software.
+ Support monthly and yearly close processes, including preparing journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records.
+ Prepare and update W-9s and annual 1099s.
+ Assist with audits, budgeting, and other accounting projects as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred, or Technical Degree in Accounting and equivalent experience.
+ Strong organizational skills, high level of accuracy, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ High proficiency in accounting software
+ Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general bookkeeping principles
